Tuna is the ultimate healthy no-brainer. It has a dense, beef-like texture, look and flavour, and high in B vitamins, and omega-3 fatty acids. The tuna is mashed up in a food processor with fresh mint leaves and basil leaves, spring onions, chilli pepper and grated lemon zest. I made a quick aioli sauce for the bun with Greek yoghurt and buffalo wings hot sauce. Check it out on Jamie’s blog (link above).
